Democratic Party presidential contender Kamala Harris is expected to deliver a speech on Wednesday evening to concede her defeat in the election, Paralel.Az reports citing Reuters.

The speech is set to take place at 4:00 p.m. (9:00 p.m. GMT), according to the report, which didn’t give further details. Reuters earlier said the speech would happen at 6 p.m.

NBC television reported that Harris is set to call President-elect Donald Trump to concede the race. President Joe Biden also plans to call Trump on Wednesday to congratulate him on the victory. Biden is also set to extend an invitation to the White House and an offer to attend Trump’s inauguration, according to the report.
