Massive earthquake rocks Iran's Semnan

 

A huge earthquake struck Iran's Semnan province on Sunday morning, Paralel.Az reports citing Mehr News Agency.

A 4.8-magnitude earthquake shook the Garmsar city at 05:16 a.m. local time at a depth of 11 km, according to the Iranian Seismological Center.

The epicenter of the quake was located at 52.38 degrees longitude and 35.28 degrees latitude.

There have been no immediate reports of possible casualties or damages.
