"The "3+3" platform established after the signing of the document on November 9, 2020, which ensured the ceasefire in the Second Garabagh War, is the basis for discussing the processes happening in the South Caucasus," Hakan Fidan, Turkish Foreign Minister said during the opening speech at the third meeting of the "3+3" cooperation platform held in Istanbul, Paralel.Az's Turkish correspondent reports.

He underlined that he believes that the countries of the region can solve the problems of the South Caucasus themselves. The minister added that a joint statement on the results of this meeting will be adopted.
