Putin should not blame Ukraine for Moscow attack - Borrell
European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell stated on Monday that the bloc must "call out" Russian President Vladimir Putin for trying to pin the whole blame for the recent terrorist attack in Moscow on Ukraine, Paralel.Az reports citing BBN.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, after a meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, Borrell added that it is "more important than ever to step up" the bloc's military assistance for Kyiv and "speed up deliveries."
