Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov received the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Azerbaijan, Abdullah Muhammad Almauidi, in connection with the end of his diplomatic tenure in Azerbaijan, the MFA told Paralel.Az.

During the meeting, issues on the cooperation agenda between the two countries were discussed.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov expressed gratitude to Ambassador Abdullah Muhammad Almauidi for his efforts in developing the existing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kuwait and wished him success in his future activities.

It was brought to attention that the 30th anniversary of the foundation of Azerbaijan’s diplomatic relations with the friendly and brotherly State of Kuwait is being celebrated this year, and the development of bilateral, including multilateral cooperation during these years is a source of satisfaction.

Ambassador Abdullah Mohamed Abdullah Almauidi expressed thankfulness for the meeting in connection with the end of his diplomatic tenure in Azerbaijan and for good wishes, expressed confidence that the existing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kuwait will continue to develop on an upward line.

At the meeting, opinions were also exchanged on other issues of mutual interest.
