Russia, Belarus start joint military exercises

 

The Belarusian military continues to leave for Russia to participate in joint operational-tactical exercises, Paralel.Az reports citing Belarusian media.

According to the information, parts of the units of the Air Force and air defense forces have already been left by rail military echelons. During the exercise, which will be held at the Ashuluk range, servicemen will raise the level of cohesion of units, as well as practice new tactical techniques and ways of conducting anti-air and air combat. In total, about 4,000 servicemen and 150 units of equipment are taking part in the exercise. Now the dispatch of individual units to the Russian Federation continues. It is planned to carry out combat training tasks with anti-aircraft missile troops, radio-technical troops, and fighter aviation.
