The Azerbaijan National Forum of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) has kicked off in Zangilan, Paralel.Az's Garabagh bureau reports.

The forum is being held under the joint organization of the Azerbaijani Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organisations and the Azerbaijan National Forum of NGOs at the Zangilan Convention Centre. Representatives of nearly 200 non-governmental organizations operating in Azerbaijan, media representatives, and public figures participate in the forum.

At the event, panel discussions will be held on topics such as “NGOs of Azerbaijan: results and goals”, “Environmental consequences of the Armenian mining industry” and “COP29 and the solidarity movement for a green world”.

The forum will last two days.
