On the occasion of May 28 - Independence Day, the Azerbaijani flag was projected on one of the tallest buildings in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Iraq Nasir Mammadov posted about this on his X account, Paralel.Az reports.

“On the occasion of the National Holiday of the Republic of Azerbaijan "May 28 - Independence Day", our national flag is displayed on one of the highest buildings of Baghdad. Thank you Iraq!” – the Ambassador says.
