"The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is re-establishing its operation in Azerbaijan's Garabagh region," the Head of the Public Relations Department of the ICRC office in Baku Ilaha Huseynova told Paralel.Az.

She noted that the activities of ICRC in those territories will be carried out from the Barda office and the works to support people in need will be continued.

Note that the activities of ICRC's Khankandi office have been halted.
