“We remain committed to the normalization process with Azerbaijan based on the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity in accordance with the Alma-Ata declaration dated 1991.”

Armenis also is committed to the delimitation of borders and the opening of regional communications based on the principle of the sovereignty of countries based on the Alma-Ata Declaration,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
