Taiwan’s armed forces detected seven ships and 25 aircraft of the People’s Liberation Army of China approaching the island over the past day, Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense reported, Paralel.Az reports citing TASS.

According to the statement, 13 of the aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait and entered Taiwan’s southwestern and southeastern air defense identification zones.

The Taiwanese army responded by employing aircraft, navy vessels, and coastal missile systems to monitor the targets.
