“The point is that the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that our (Armenia) not participating in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is practically equivalent to frozen relations,” said Alen Simonyan, the speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Paralel.Az reports.

The speaker brought to attention to that they have addressed a question to CSTO yet it remained unanswered:

“We asked that where the responsibility zone of CSTO is, do you recognize the borders of the Republic of Armenia, within what borders did Armenia join the CSTO? There is no answer to them for now. My personal opinion is that CSTO has turned itself off and is not functioning.”
