Latvian MFA summons Russian chargé d’Affaires
On February 14... Zykov will be summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia to obtain his explanations regarding the publicly published list of former and current civil servants of Latvia against whom Russia has brought politically motivated charges, Paralel.Az reports citing Teller Report.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs put the head of the Latvian Ministry of Finance, Arvils Asheradens, on the wanted list on criminal charges.
Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov clarified that Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas and some officials from the Baltic countries were wanted for desecration of historical memory and for hostility towards Russia.
