Yerevan's stance is the reason for the lack of progress in normalization with Azerbaijan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at the annual press conference held today, Paralel.Az's Moscow correspondent reports.

“The West advised this. West doesn’t want to allow the implementation of tripartite agreements between Moscow, Baku, and Yerevan. European Union and the USA want to organize the delimitation of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan without Moscow, in their way,” said Sergey Lavrov.
