According to him, Azerbaijan does not consider any document that shows silence regarding more than a million refugees and internally displaced persons as serious and worthy of attention:

Because in the statistics of recent years, the spy network belonging to certain countries has been exposed. Isn't the U.S. "enemy" with that country?
