Asif Agayev has trampled on all moral norms

A resident of Chamenli village of Beylagan region, Karabakh veteran Araz Agalar oglu Mikayilov addressed a live broadcast on "Parallel TV" yesterday and addressed President Ilham Aliyev.

In his appeal to the President, the Karabakh veteran said that Chief Executive Asif Agayev had a very bad attitude towards Karabakh veterans, even grossly violating their rights. Arazi and his son Mikayilov said that Mikayil Araz oglu was brutally beaten.

Ali Karimzadeh, an investigator at the Beylagan Police Department, who is investigating the case, opened a criminal case under Articles 128 and 157 of the Criminal Procedure Code as a grievous bodily harm.

After that, researcher Ali Karimzadeh came to Araz's house to get a conciliation application, but the researcher, who could not get a conciliation application, soon terminated the criminal case.
