The Russian Court has arrested the head of the Ukraine General Intelligence service Kirill Budanov in absentia, Paralel.Az’s Russian bureau reports.

The decision was made by the Basmanny court of Moscow.

Budanov was accused of 104 crimes against Russia, including commiting terrorism acts in the territory of Russia.
