Alexander Vinnikov, Head of the NATO Liaison Office has visited Azerbaijan, the U.S. Embassy Baku stated, Paralel.Az reports.

The Embassy noted that the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Hugo Guevara met with Mr. Alexander Vinnikov, Head of the NATO Liaison Office in Tbilisi, Georgia during the latter’s visit to Azerbaijan, a NATO partner country.
