Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan wants to avoid responsibility for failures in domestic and foreign policy and blame Moscow, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia notes in its statement, Paralel.Az reports.

According to the Ministry, the views expressed by the Armenian Prime Minister during his speech on September 24, 2023 contain unacceptable 'attacks' against Russia. The statement says that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs rejects all these claims.
