According to Reuters, a member of the National Guard of Ukraine, for unknown reasons, shot dead the guards at a military plant in the center of the country.
As a result of the shelling of the rocket factory, five people were killed and five more were injured.
According to the report, the soldier who fled the attack is wanted everywhere.
