Another car was parked on the sidewalk in the Yasamal district of Baku, Paralel.az reports.
At the intersection of Abdulla Shaig and Fuad Ibragimbekov streets, the driver parked his Chevrolet Cruze on the sidewalk.
He blocked not only the pedestrian crossing, but also the exit to the ramp, forcing the disabled to go out onto the roadway.
An investigation is underway.
