Siyavush Novruzov called on those who fled to Europe to repent of their actions and mistakes.
"They can come and repent. For many years these people have opposed the policies pursued by great leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev, and have taken contradictory steps against this policy," MP Siyavush Novruzov said.
