As Paralel.az reports, a draft law on the return of the population to Karabakh has been prepared.
“Initial employment will be provided by the state. The initial version of the draft law on the repatriation and reintegration of the returning population is ready. The project has already been sent to the Cabinet of Ministers, Presidential Administration and relevant departments for conclusion, ”it was reported.
