Landslides in Iran 45 times higher than normal

 

As Paralel.az reports, landslides in Tehran are 45 times higher than the world standard.
The head of Tehran's regional water resources department called the landslide a "quiet earthquake" and said it was 45 times the world standard.
Hasan Zakhmatkesh said that 18-25 centimeters of landslides occur in Tehran every year, while the world standard is only 4 millimeters.
“These landslides can destroy infrastructure and infrastructure,” he added.
