As Paralel.az reports, armenian separatists, through Russian peacekeepers, offered Azerbaijan to replace the works of Armenian, Russian and French artists who remained in Shusha with Azerbaijani paintings.
After the First Karabakh War, about 40 works of Azerbaijani artists remained on the Armenian side.
Official Baku has not yet responded to the proposal.
