How many more years will it take to repair the refinery?

There is a body in Azerbaijan that regulates the pricing policy of the state, it is called the Tariff Council, in fact, it should be called the Council for the Support of Robbers. Interestingly, after each increase in prices, the question arises of the liquidation of this institution or the transfer of powers to other institutions. In fact, in countries like Azerbaijan, this approach is wrong. Because who is the Tariff (price) advice to raise or lower the price? The Tariff Council simply fulfills the tasks assigned to it and so on! In any case, they no longer have the strength. The reason for the recent increase in gasoline prices was that EU-95 and EU-98 gasoline is not produced in Azerbaijan, and when there are any changes in world oil prices, this does not go unnoticed in our country. Let's say we understand. But why doesn't the government ask SOCAR that the refinery repair, which has been under repair for years, took so long? How can SOCAR build an office building for 300 million and not complete the refinery repairs? This means that the government and SOCAR
he wants to make up for his sin by going into people's pockets. Thus, not only SOCAR, but also all state structures of Azerbaijan are engaged in plundering people and the state. Who is the Tariff Council, made up of officials, that raises the price of water, gas, electricity or gasoline? Whoever he delegates his powers to, nothing will change.
SOCAR spends money from oil and gas on projects that do not have a positive impact on the well-being of the Azerbaijani people. The main goal of these projects is to turn oil money into a source of income for officials. If the government can prevent this, it can do important work in a short time to improve the well-being of the people. This requires political will and desire.
