Putin gave a fake vote

Time of the President at the time of voting: September 10, 15:24.

The elections to the State Duma were held in Russia on September 17-19, Paralel.az reports. None of the reputable international election observation centers, including the European Union and the OSCE, monitored the elections. However, under Russian election law, observers cannot announce their results until the official results are announced. According to the opposition and independent local observers, the elections were rigged.
At the same time, President Putin's electronic voting has not escaped the attention of the Russian segment of social networks. Vladimir Putin, who has been under quarantine for two weeks due to health concerns, said in an official statement that he used Russian electoral law for electronic voting in the early morning of September 18. When watching a video recording the moment of voting, it turned out that the day of the month on the clock in the president's hands is September 10, and the time shows the afternoon - 15:24. In addition, a citizen voting in Russia during online voting must have an active mobile phone number in his name. Earlier, Vladimir Putin said at a briefing that he did not have a mobile phone number. In the videotape, the president does not use a mobile phone. However, Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the presidential administration, said that the president had voted on the mobile number of one of his aides. But this is impossible, the system only confirms the citizen's vote by mobile phone number. In other words, Putin could not vote on someone else's mobile phone. All arguments show that even the president gave a false vote in the parliamentary elections in Russia.
