This does not hinder Armenia, but helps her. Violation of the ceasefire, on the one hand, attracts the attention of the international community where the conflict continues. On the other hand, the Armenians are trying to prevent the return of refugees to the liberated territories around Karabakh, creating fear. However, I disagree with the statement that the Armenians are preparing for a new war, because they have not yet been able to rebuild their army. At the same time, both Europe and Russia are helping to rebuild the Armenian army. For example, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu gives them a sword as a symbol with which we will arm you. Iran also supplies bread to our “brothers” Armenians. These forces, together with the Armenians, think that they will be able to re-occupy the Azerbaijani lands, as it was in the 1990s. All international organizations, especially Russia, do not close their eyes to this process and even help the Armenians.
