The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Kachura took part in a meeting of the territorial community of Konotop during his visit to the Sumy region, Ukrainian media report.
The deputy spoke about the problem of drinking water quality in Konotop. Then he asked Artyom Seminykh to check the water sample. The mayor doused the deputy with water, the guards intervened.
A criminal case was initiated against Semenikh for obstruction of the deputy's activities.
