The first meeting of the Board of the Coordination Council of the NGO Public Oversight was held on April 14, 2021. The issues on the agenda of the meeting are organizational issues, discussion of the Statute and current issues. Rauf Zeyni was elected Chairman of the Board by a vote of the Board members. Proposals were made to make additions to the regulations. The issue of changing the name of the Coordination Council of the Public Oversight of the NGO was discussed. It was proposed to hold the first online conference of the Coordination Council of the Public Oversight NGO with the participation of government agencies, the media and NGOs. It was decided that the next meeting will be held on April 19, 2021.

The agenda of the next meeting of the Board of Directors on April 19, 2021 includes approval of the name and regulations of the Coordination Council of Public Oversight of the NGO, holding an online conference on "Ensuring public control and upcoming tasks" and other current issuesconstituted.By the decision of the Board, the name "NGO Control Center" was put to a vote and adopted unanimously. The Statute of the NGO Control Center was approved with the proposed changes and additions. It was proposed and accepted to hold an online conference of the NGO Monitoring Center on "Ensuring public control and the tasks ahead" on April 22, 2021.
