With the organization of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Georgia, from noon, a car with an LED screen displaying "Kharibulbul", as well as photos of Shusha, Khankendi, as well as November 8, Victory Day, and fireworks in Shusha, began to move in the central streets and avenues of the city.

In addition, on the occasion of Victory Day, the flag of Azerbaijan was displayed on the big screen above the Philharmonic building in Tbilisi.
