Azerbaijani flag is raised again in National Flag Square

 

The flag of Azerbaijan was raised again on the National Flag Square on Victory Day, Paralel.Az reports.

National Flag Square has been repaired and the flag pole has been renewed.

Our flag is raised on a renewed flagpole.

Recall that National Flag Square was closed for repairs some time ago.

Noted that the flag raised for the purpose of testing on August 2 will be flown permanently from today.

The press secretary of the National Flag Square, Afsana Mehdiyeva, informed the journalists about the technical parameters of the State Flag raised here: "Today is the opening of the National Flag Museum and National Flag Square. The tricolor flag of Azerbaijan here is 36 meters wide and 72 meters long. It weighs more than 500 kilograms. The museum here consists of 6 halls. The museum has interesting exhibits related to the history of statehood."

She recalled that Square entered the "Guinness Book of Records" according to the parameters of the height of the flagpole.
