Azerbaijan has developed a concept for preventing common challenges with the countries of the region, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov said during his speech at the 3+3 format meeting in Istanbul, Paralel.Az reports.

He noted that the Constitution of Armenia should be amended for lasting peace in the region: "Azerbaijan has developed a concept for prevention of common challenges in the field of security, economy, trade, energy, transport, communication and environment with the countries of the region.

In order to ensure stable and sustainable peace in the region at a critical moment such as the post-conflict period, it is crucial to eliminate the consequences of the conflict that have already been left behind through constitutional changes."
