An additional AZN 14.6 million will be spent on the construction of private houses in Shukurbeyli village of Jabrayil district, Paralel.Az-Economics reports.

According to the report, Social Development Fund of Forced Displaced Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a tender in this regard. The winner of the tender was "Tunel-Metro Construction" LLC.

A contract worth AZN 14 million 562 thousand 668 was signed with the company for the construction of 93 individual residential houses in connection with the construction of 1042 families (in the first stage - 635 families) Shukurbeyli village settlement of Jabrayil district. In other words, the construction cost of an individual residential house is AZN 156 thousand on average.

It should be recalled that in September of this year, the Fund signed a contract worth AZN 7.7 million with "AĞA-EE INŞAAT" LLC for the construction of 48 houses in Shukurbeyli village. The average construction cost of a house was AZN 159.6 thousand manats.
