President Biden will visit Florida Sunday to survey the damange from Hurricane Milton, the White House announced Friday, Paralel.Az reports citing The Hill.

The trip will be to parts of the state impacted by the deadly hurricane, which made landfall late Wednesday and caused extensive flooding and destruction, leaving millions without power.

The White House did not say if Biden will meet with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) during the trip. The two most recently spoke Thursday about the hurricane.
