According to the report, the Supreme Mufti was elected at the Congress of the Spiritual Administration of Russian Muslims held in the Moscow Friday Mosque.

Russia’s mufti Ravil Gaynutdin was unanimously elected as the chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Russian Muslims for the next five years.
