About 8 million manats will be spent on the construction of private houses in Azerbaijan's Jabrayil district, Shukurbeyli village, Paralel.Az-Economics reports.

The Social Development Fund of Forced IDPs of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a tender in this regard. The winner of the tender was "Agha-EE Construction" LLC.

A contract worth 7 million 664 thousand 194 manats was signed with Agha-EE Construction LLC for the construction of 48 individual residential houses in connection with the construction of Shukurbeyli village settlement of 1042 families (635 families in the first stage) of Jabrayil district.

In other words, the construction cost of an individual residential house is 159.6 thousand manats on average.
