On August 29, the official opening ceremony of the Termez International Trade Center took place in Termez, Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers told Paralel.Az.

A delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev participated in the opening ceremony.

Shahin Mustafayev met with the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov within the framework of the event.

During the visit, Shahin Mustafayev also met with Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Acting Prime Minister of Afghanistan.

The meeting highlighted the historical and cultural ties that unite Azerbaijan and Afghanistan.
