"The Russian Federation is ready to participate in solving the situation in the South Caucasus to the extent that it is important for the parties," said Russian President Vladimir Putin during his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku, Paralel.Az reports.

"I know that Azerbaijan is focused on the full resolution of all issues with Armenia. It would be nice if Russia could do something for the signing of peace and the demarcation of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan," he said.

Putin stressed that after he visits Azerbaijan, he will tell Pashinyan the results of the talks with President Ilham Aliyev.
