Germany to provide military equipment to Ukraine
Germany has allocated a new package of military aid to Ukraine, Paralel.Az reports.
According to German Major General Christian Freiding, by December 2024, Ukraine will receive two Iris-T air defense systems, about 30 Leopard 1A5 tanks, as well as two types of 16 self-propelled artillery units, air defense systems and air defense systems.
Earlier, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that Kyiv would acquire a quarter of Berlin's Patriot reserves. However, Germany refused to provide Ukraine with long-range Taurus missiles.
