The work schedule in Azerbaijan's government bodies (institutions) will change in connection with COP29, Paralel.Az reports.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has given the relevant instruction to the government bodies in this regard.

The government bodies (institutions) have been instructed to ensure the implementation of several measures in Baku, Sumgait, and Absheron district for the high-level organization of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), the 19th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol and the 6th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement in Baku, taking into account the significance of the event and the number of participants.
