"Armenia wants to close the chapter of conflict with Azerbaijan,"

Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan stated during a joint press conference with his counterpart from Cyprus, Paralel.Az reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

He said that his country's previous proposals to Azerbaijan regarding the investigation of border incidents and joint control over armaments remain in force.
