A group of media representatives of Azerbaijan got familiarized with the conditions created in "Palace" and "Garabagh" hotels, which President Ilham Aliyev inaugurated on July 5 in Khankandi city after major repairs and restoration, Paralel.Az's Garabagh bureau reports.

According to the information, there are 54 rooms of different types in "Palace" hotel.

The most modern catering facilities have also been created here. The restaurant, consisting of a lobby, outdoor and indoor terrace areas, will have the opportunity to receive 300 guests.

Following, the journalists were given detailed information about the conditions created in the "Garabagh" hotel.

It was noted that the hotel was commissioned in the middle of the last century.

In 2023, after the complete restoration of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity as a result of 24-hour anti-terrorist measures, in accordance with the order of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the renovation and reconstruction works of the hotel kicked off. After the reconstruction works, the building was returned to its original appearance.

It was reported that the former name of the hotel was returned and it will operate under the name "Garabagh". All conditions have been created for the comfort of the guests who will visit the city of Khankandi in the modern hotel. There are different categories of rooms here. The restaurant in the building will also be available to the guests. It will be possible to hold business meetings and events in the hotel.

Landscaping works have also been carried out in the area near the hotel.
