A Memorandum of Understanding on the ECOLEAD project was signed in Azerbaijan’s Khankandi, Paralel.Az reports.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prosecutor General Heydar Mammadov, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Umayra Taghiyeva and Rector of Baku State University Elchin Babayev.

Note that the memorandum was signed for the purpose of investigating illegal acts committed against environmental protection, preventing violations of the law in this area, sharing the collected knowledge and information, and expanding cooperation relations in order to perform their functions more efficiently and effectively within their powers.
