In Khankandi and surrounding districts, law enforcement, including prosecutor's offices, have important responsibilities, said Elchin Yusubov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankandi, and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts during scientific-practical conference on "Role of Education and Law Enforcement Measures in Strengthening the Environment" held in Khankandi, Paralel.Az reports.

He said that the prosecutor's office of Azerbaijan has always acted purposefully in prosecuting the crimes committed against Azerbaijani people in the whether 1st or 2nd Garabagh war: "Especially, the prosecutor's office showed high professionalism in opening a criminal case against a number of people who committed crimes against the civilian population during the Patriotic War, as well as leading a so-called organization for many years, carrying out the necessary investigative actions and arresting them and bringing them to justice."
