Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Director General Agil Gurbanov visited the Republic of Italy, Paralel.Az reports citing the Ministry.

The Director General met with the Minister of Defense of the Italian Republic Guido Crosetto within the framework of the visit.

At the meeting, in which was noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and Italy are based on a strategic partnership, the current situation and development prospects of cooperation in the military, and military-technical fields were discussed.

In the meeting, detailed views on joint projects and several other issues were exchanged.
