The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan considers it possible to open communications between Azerbaijan and Armenia until the peace treaty is signed, the PM said this to journalists in parliament, Paralel.Az reports.

He noted that the opening of regional communications may happen sooner than the signing of the peace agreement.
