On May 17 of year, cyber security conference titled Hacktrick and the opening event of competitions and trainings, which will last until May 19, in Ankara city of Republic of Türkiye, with the organization of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) of Türkiye, Computer Emergency Response Team of the Republic of Türkiye (USOM), the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster and a number of Turkish companies operating in the field, as well as with the support of Association of Azerbaijani Cyber Security Organizations (AKTA) took place, Paralel.Az reports.

Davud Rustamov, head of the National Cyber Security Center of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, delivered speech at the opening event along with the leaders and senior officials of the relevant institutions and organizations of Türkiye. He provided information about the cyber security ecosystem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the steps taken in the field of ensuring the security of critical information infrastructure in the country and combating cyber threats.

Then, a number of speeches and panel discussions related to cyber security took place. A separate panel discussion was also organized at the conference with the participation of representatives of the relevant institutions and organizations of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States - Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The Association of Azerbaijani Cyber Security Organizations (AKTA), which supported the organization of the panel discussions, was represented by Chairman of the Board Elvin Balajanov and Secretary General Fidan Ahmadova.

It should be noted that the next event that will contribute to the expansion of cooperation in the field of cyber security in the context of the Organization of Turkic States (TDT) - the 3rd National Cyber Security Forum will be organized by AKTA in Baku on June 1 of this year (details: https://cyberforum.az/az).
