Commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Forces in Garabagh, Major General Kirill Kulakov was awarded Russia's Order of Courage, it was noted at the event dedicated to the completion of the mission of the Russian Peacekeeping Contingent in Azerbaijan's Khojaly, Paralel.Az reports.

A group of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan and Russia were also awarded medals for their services in strenghtening the military cooperation between the two countries.
