Moscow considers it necessary to restore the full-fledged activity of the trilateral working group established in 2021 by the decision of Russian, Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders as soon as possible, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin said, Paralel.Az's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, under the Western pressure, Yerevan has decided to freeze the work of the trilateral cooperation on opening economic and transport communications in South Caucasus.
